Good morning, I am writing to pass on some very positive feedback in relation to your Yerongpilly store, as I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism, customer care and courtesy during my recent visit. I visited this store (yesterday, 5 Feb 2016) and dealt with the store manager, Patrick Sylvester, who was amazingly helpful in assisting with some issues with my vehicle. In fact, his whole team was extremely friendly and helpful, and I feel that it's important to convey this feedback because the staff are doing an exceptional job. They went out of their way to provide great customer service and make my experience a very positive one.
