A quick message to say I was impressed by Chris at the Townsville store today. Had to replace a single tyre but because of the advice given I replaced four tyres and it could not have been easier.
The price for exact same tyre was $130 cheaper than my local outlets. They were also in stock. It was either a two week wait from the locals or a drive.
I travelled 150KMs on a donut tyre to have the work done and the fact that Chris told me before I left “you can go faster than 80 if you want but I will probably not see you here†was just the thing I needed to make the trip semi-enjoyable.
The one thing I was upset about was paying $2 for the coffee but considering the $420 saving I can live with it.
