I recently attended the JAX shop at Mitchell in Canberra. I had a tyre pressure issue and the boys promptly assisted and discovered a puncture. Even being a busy Saturday morning, they sorted that out for me on the spot and also gave me advice about the condition of my front tyres, so I booked in to have them replaced the following week. When I came in to get the new tyres, they discovered a serious issue with my vehicle and, after they took all possible preventative measures, they gave me very sound advice about what I needed to do to have my vehicle seen to. If they had not discovered the water leak I would have been in serious trouble and up for thousands of dollars to fix my car. I couldn't be more grateful! The boys did a great job on the tyres, but it was their going the extra mile that really set their service apart. I'll be heading back in to the Mitchell store in a couple of weeks time to have my other two tyres replaced as well. At all times their service was extremely professional and helpful and they clearly know their stuff. I would be grateful if you could pass this feedback on to them. I have also had tyres done at the Fyshwick branch in the past and experienced a high level of service in that shop too. I am very likely to recommend JAX tyres in Mitchell to anyone I know and I am certain they will also have a great experience.
