Customer Testimonial Blacktown Fantastic Service

On Saturday I booked my old ute in to have a couple of tyres changed and a rego check completed.

I just wanted to flick you guys an email, to say the customer service that I received was fantastic. Mark the man at the counter went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and communicated extremely well with the workshop staff at all times.

I must say I was very surprised as, having had a lot of work done to this car I have come accustomed to woeful communication and respect of my property. And have sat for entire days while my car has sat in the car park, while the mechanics etc worked on other vehicles that had been booked in after.

Once again I commend all your staff on their professional presentation and warm service. They should all be commended.
