Morning,
I just wanted to advise you of the great customer service provided today by the team at the Tweed Heads store.
I was unable to drop the car in due to work, so my wife took the car in with our new baby.
The guys went out of the way to assist my wife and young child whilst repairing the car, drop them off in town and even calling to offer to pick them up. They even packed the pram back into the car!
Its great to know that outstanding customer service still exists in this day and age.
Well done JAX fit Tweed Head, its much appreciated.
