Just had some work done yesterday by JAX Tyres - Mitchelton. I would like express my appreciation for the excellent service I received. I had previously had a bad experience with this branch a while back however I thought I would give them the opportunity to redeem themselves (as they have supplied and fitted 3 full sets of tyres over the last 5 years to my vehicles). I am pleased to advise that they went out of their way to provide customer satisfaction. Well done - especially the young American guy who was a great ambassador for JAX, very courteous and professional. Thank You and again - well done.
