I wanted to express my thanks and congratulate your staff at the Bankstown store.

I contacted them early on Friday after a very disappointing experience with a dealership who had serviced my car and not repaired a reported puncture. Not only did Adam listen to my sob story, he put my mind at ease, assured me the tyres were in stock and even offered to make us a coffee.

When I arrived at the store, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organisation of the whole operation. I also met David who too, was delightful to deal with.

The entire experience was painless and I felt confident that my relatively new car was in good hands.
