I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation to Steve and his team at JAX Port Macquarie for their exceptional customer service. They were patient, kind and showed a genuine concern for my welfare as I was preparing to travel to Queensland for my sisters funeral. I cannot thank Steve enough, who supported me so much on that morning. And, although a very sad time, I left JAX knowing that my vehicle was now safe, and with the knowledge that there are some wonderful, wonderful, very considerate people in this World. JAX will remain my first port of call, and I will be quite vocal in expressing my complete satisfaction to one and all about this incredible outlet.
