To whom it might concern, I would like to give the staff at Jax tyres Taree a big thumbs up for their help to resolve a tyre issue on my partners holden astra
Having purchasing a pair tyres from them 6 months prior had one that kept going flat on inspection they found that it had impact damage and a new tyre was required, my response was one of disappointment having only got limited milage from it.
Here is where my faith in humanity took shape, not only could they see my side of things they got straight on the phone to the manufacturer's representative from Nexen to see if there was anything they could do
To my amazement the representative said to Jax staff to replace with no cost to the customer. So i hope both the staff from Jax Taree and the representative from Nexen tyres get a mention from the CEO Jax Tyres Australia as I alone cannot thank them enough.
I know from now on i will be a loyal customer who cannot speak highly enough of your services.
