To whom it may concern,
I would just like to voice my opinion on Robert Trigg and the team at Jax Wyong. I recently found myself in the position of being stuck at a local shopping centre carpark with my car showing warning lights on the dash and the NRMA attendant telling me that the problem needed attention asap. After going from auto repairer to auto repairer and being told that they were either too busy or just weren't interested in even looking at the car I called Jax at Wyong and relayed the problem to Robert, who told me to bring it in straight away. I did so and left it there. Robert called me a couple of hours later and the car was ready to be picked up. He had cleared the errors, taken the car for a drive, ran it for a while and kept an eye on it whilst periodically depressing the accelerator to see if the warning light came on again. He tested the sensors, checked everything else he could think of that might be affecting the sensor and the error did not reoccur. I would sincerely like to thank Robert and the team for his compassion and great customer service. My husband and I usually take our cars to Jax for servicing etc, but now, I will be telling all my friends and family to do the same.
