Hi my name's Natalie I recently last week called into your Browns Plains JAX store situated in QLD after I discovered a nail stuck in my back tyre of my commodore. The store manager Bobby attended to help me straight away and replaced the tyre within that hour I was very happy and less stressed as I only just moved the area and don’t know anyone and had to get my kids from school that afternoon.
As a single Mum of 3 kids finding a mechanic that wasn’t going to take me for a ride and I knew the service would be done properly I then decided to get a quote for my steering rack that needed to be replaced and he also sorted that promptly and I had it fixed on Wednesday this week I also not only got that done I decided to get 3 more new tyres and a service done because of how friendly and helpful Bobby and Brian both were the parts were ordered and delivered very quickly and I would highly recommend the service to any of my family and friends and will def be back.
