I am writing to commend Shannan on the quality of service I received today. I rang first thing in the morning wanting to come in to repair a tyre with a screw in it and was up for my 10000km alignment. Shannan told me that I could come in and everything would be fixed in an hour. My tyre was not repairable and a new replacement was ordered and fitted for me within 1/2 an hour of taking my car back in the afternoon. The standard of service I received was excellent and I will be definitely recommending JAX in Caulfield South to family and friends. It's great to have a local business provided such a high level of customer service. Congratulations guys!! A very satisfied customer.
