Mark and the Thornleigh JAX Tyres team,
As I am sure many of you know, my Nissan X Trail was recently in your workshop getting some repairs done under warranty.
I want to say thank you to all of you for what you did for me.
When the car broke down on Friday I was really nervous because I knew the repairs would be costly and I wasn't sure if the damage would or wouldn't be under warranty. Then of course there was the added costs of towing the car etc. The first opportunity I had to contact you was Monday morning which I did feeling very nervous about what the outcome would be considering I don't have a lot of money to spend on car repairs.
The response from everyone I dealt with at JAX Tyres was absolutely exceptional. Everyone was helpful and friendly. To be honest when the incident occurred I was a bit disappointed and I did doubt your workmanship but the response I received has completely eradicated any doubts for good.
I was very impressed with how quickly I got the car back (1 day) and the fact that I was reimbursed for the towing costs.
I have always taken my cars to you guys for anything I have needed and particularly after this recent occurrence I will without a doubt take my car to you guys for any and all repairs or work I need done.
I have recommended you to family and friends and will definitely continue to do so. Basically, this incident went from being something that I was worried would become a big deal and be difficult to sort out, to something incredibly easy to deal with and I had my car back in considerably less time then I expected. All this is due to you hard work and the friendly service you offer.
