I just wanted to pass on some feedback regarding my experience at Jax Artarmon today, and in particular, the fantastic service provided by Scott and the mechanic who worked on my car.
Firstly, thanks so much for putting your prices on the internet. The fact that information was there, unlike your competitors, and that I was able to get a great deal on the Continental tyres was what sealed the deal.
Secondly, the service and information provided by Scott was great. I booked the car for 4pm today, unlike past experiences where I had booked my car with a competitor for a time, then had to wait, this was a pleasant surprise to have the mechanic waiting for my car.
When I picked the car up, I 'tested' the mechanic as I knew the wheel alignment was out. He had picked up the problem and within 500 metres of driving the car, I knew that the problem was addressed. Also, I don't think I've ever had tyres fitted and a wheel alignment done within 45 minutes - fantastic service. I will definitely be telling my friends about my experience today.
