Hi, On the 9 November 2011 our car failed going over the pits at Dickson due to the tyres. We rang Mitchell and asked if they had the tyres we needed and they did. We took the car out there and was promptly looked after by Matt.
I would like to say that he was an absolute lifesaver and we really appreciated his help on the day. If you have a bonus system I would strongly encourage you to give him a bonus as he was absolutely fantastic.
You are very lucky to have such a wonderful employee.
