This morning I brought my car in for a check on some supposedly buckled wheels to be repaired. I still can’t believe that when it was discovered there were no buckles (even though another tyre company had advised me they were, and suggested I bring them to JAX Tyres Mackay for repair) you not only checked all four wheels, but also cleaned the brake dust off the front pair AND adjusted all tyre pressures and then didn’t even charge me.
I can’t tell you how impressed I am with your service; I still believe you should have charged me at least for your time, and I would have paid. Please know that I will be telling all my friends, posting a message on Facebook (I will also check if you have a page and will post a comment on it), recommending JAX Tyres when they need anything of this nature for their vehicle.
For some reason we hear so many tales of poor service in Mackay, but there are so many good tales to tell about exceptional service in small business. Yours is one. I will definitely be using you on a permanent basis in the future and will continue to encourage family and friends to support you.
