I just wanted to reach out and provide some feedback around our recent experience at your Greenhills (East Maitland) store on Saturday. Emily and the team were incredible, prompt and very efficient with regular text message updates. Emily went a step above expectations in helping me with obtaining a wheelchair for my husband who has mobility issues (the centre had closed an entry and had the travelator turned off without signage making it impossible for him to get access to the centre once we had dropped the car in for the tyre replacement). We will without a doubt be returning to JAX for all of our personal and business needs and will happily recommend your Greenhills team to others.
