Just wanted to pass on my appreciation for the speedy, friendly, and professional service I received from Sam and her colleagues at your store in Mitchell, ACT yesterday. I found myself needing newbrake pads urgently, while travelling to Brisbane.
These folks were busy as hell and still went out of their way to help us out of a bind. Really appreciated. I'll go to Jax in Brisbane for tyres and brakes in future. And I'll tell others. Thanks again.
