Last Thursday ( 1st May ) I purchased four tyres from JAX Tyres Sutherland. I dealt with Frank Salucci (Manager) and was very impressed with the manner in which the purchase was carried out. Frank did not have the tyres in stock, however after I informed him we live at Tea Gardens, he made a phone call and phoned us back early afternoon and advised he had the tyres at Sutherland. We then had them fitted early Thursday morning. I have never enjoyed the experience of going to tyre outlets as most do not really show a great deal of interest and only want to promote a particular brand.
Frank was the exception and shows he has great customer service skills. I do not know if you have any reward schemes, but please pass onto Frank through your office my sincere thanks. I did at the time but it would be good getting from yourselves as well.
