Hi, I just wanted to pass on my gratitude for the way the Thornleigh JAX crew (5 Pioneer Ave, Thornleigh NSW 2120) handled a situation today. My wife discovered that 3 bolts had been driven into one of our tires and took it to the Thornleigh JAX to see what they could do. The guys there were happy to help out and in a few moments had removed the bolts and had her on her way again. Considering she had our 3 year old with her at the time, it was a fantastic example of customer service, and the reason why I have always, and will continue to purchase my tires from this franchise!
