Dear Sir/Madam
In this day and age, many will only voice words of complaint and rarely a note of thanks. It is with this in mind that I wish to go against the common attitude and to take time out to write you a letter of praise for your team at JAX Tyres Nowra.
I recently had a new set of tyres replaced by the local boys at JAX in Castle Hill, NSW. Danny, Robert and their team in Castle Hill are always helpful. While doing the front wheel alignment the mechanic noticed that my front right wheel bearings were loose. Having only changed the front hub seals and bearings less than 12 months ago by a 4WD expert', we decided to tighten the front bearing only. While driving to Nowra recently I noticed my front right wheel was starting to wobble. I contacted your team at Nowra and spoke to both Simon and Kevin who said that they would look at my wheel ASAP. When I arrived at 4:30pm, they swiftly went into action and fixed the problem.
On my return travel home to Sydney, I again noticed the front right wheel wobbling. I called the team in Nowra and they went into action by talking to the team in Castle Hill and discussed in detail with their mechanic what options would be required to fix the problem permanently.
I am a Director of a company myself and I know that very good service is very rare these days as is positive praise and recognition. I therefore wish to wholeheartedly praise the amazing efforts of both Simon and Kevin from JAX Tyres Nowra who provided excellent service along with their swift action by following up and taking the time to make sure that my problem is looked after.
They are great ambassadors of JAX and certainly enforced to me the benefits of only dealing with JAX Tyres.
