I called into the above store on Thursday afternoon 21/1/2016 because I had had a flat tyre and needed to purchase a new tyre.
Andre greeted me with a very friendly greeting and after I told him of my problem it was decided to drive my car around to the workshop and check the other tyres also.
It was discovered four new tyres were needed and also that the car was overdue for a service, I asked whether a service could be carried out at the same time that the tyres were being replaced and it was decided that this would be done.
I am very grateful to both Bill and Andre for the assistance we received and the expert fixing of the car. They were also able to fix the rear sensor so all in all we were very happy to meet the Jax guys.
Andre and Bill are a wonderful advertisement for your company and should be commended for their care and assistance.
We will make sure that whenever we need some maintenance done on the car we will be visiting Ashmore Jax tyres store.
