Greetings, I would like to commend the team at JAX Tyres Browns Plains (QLD). I have been getting my car serviced and repaired at the Browns Plains centre for some time and unfortunately I have moved up the coast now and have to find a new mechanic. Not only was the team there exceptional in their customer service - the mechanics always went above and beyond expectation.
Being a young female, it is known that mechanics take advantage of my limited knowledge of cars and I have been charged ridiculous amounts for services that I haven't needed from previous mechanics. The team at Browns Plains were respectful and very helpful in explaining service charges and keeping them to a minimum.
I have been grateful for their courtesy and professionalism. They are the first and only place I would recommended to people in the area! I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the team and wish them all the best for the year!
