My wife owns a 2011 FG11 series XR6 and she is the only driver aged 60. All four Tyres on the ford where replaced by JAX store in Mittagong December 2015 she was put on the platinum service offered by JAX Tyres for future vouchers and servicing of the Tyres. We moved to Nowra and had the 5000Klm 6 Months service done at JAX Tyres Nowra. When we received the 10000klm 12 months voucher the car was due for rego and had only done 9000klms since new Tyres were fitted. Simon the owner of JAX Tyres Nowra rang and said the back Tyres had to be replaced soon. I was amazed as was Simon. I rang Bridgestone as they were the manufacturer of the Tyres and they arranged an inspection at JAX Tyres Nowra with Simon. After the inspection on the 6/2/2017. Bridgestone apparently disputed the claim and said they would get back to Simon. Simon took it upon himself to honor our customer support with JAX Tyres and said he would bear the cost to replace the back Tyres. I would like to say thank you to Simon and JAX Tyres for their dedicated customer satisfaction and professional service. I will without hesitation recommend JAX Tyres Nowra to all our friends.
