Hi, I thought I'd get in contact to give you feedback about your Prahan store. Back story - on Saturday I visited your competitors, Bob Jane, to get new tyres for my car. They didn't have stock but assured me they'd have the stock on Monday and booked me in for an 8am appointment Tuesday morning (today). I arrived at the store ready to get new tyres for my car, but the tyres hadn't arrived and they never bothered to call me to let me know that. I decided to drive 5 mins down the road to JAX Tyres and asked for a quote on the same tyres, which they gladly did. They said that they didn't have the tyres in stock but could get them later today. When I mentioned that I had planned to get this done this morning, Ross hopped on the phone, organised the exact tyres I wanted, had them in store, fitted, balanced and aligned all before 9:30am. Amazing service from Ross and Chris. Cheers!
