I wanted to provide you with some feedback following my experience with your Waterloo store today from both Nick and Fulvio.
I spoke to Nick over the phone and then dealt with Fulvio in person. Both individuals were brilliant. I found your store via Google after Kmart Tyre & Auto were not able to help me as they were out of stock. I spoke to Nick over the phone and he gave me some useful advice. I then brought my car in to see if I needed one or two tyres as my damaged tyre was a front wheel and met with Fulvio. I was concerned that I may be up sold unnecessarily as I am not that knowledgeable about tyres however I received professional and honest service by both team members. Fulvio then went above and beyond to get me a tyre for my car within 2 hours of my visit. I returned this afternoon and had my new tyre within 30 mins. Jax was also slightly cheaper than Kmart Tyre & Auto which topped off the experience!
I have been raving to all my colleagues and friends about how good the service was today. Professional, friendly and personal.
