Hi there just wanted to let you know I'm a customer from your Launceston branch in Tassie and have been for some years. The service I get is amazing and I'm so happy. My car had been playing up so I called in to see the guys, they were very helpful and I left the car with them fearing the outcome.
Got a call today after a couple of days and was told the issue was a faulty part that had been replaced some months prior and there would be no charge. Yay!!!!
The point is they could have said the 3 coils needed replacing and charged me for it, I would have known no different. Well done to your guys in Launceston. I always recommend JAX but its out there on Facebook Etc how good they are.
