It is truly a pleasure dealing with Ryan and has earnt my loyalty in future dealings with JAX Tyres. Approximately 6 months previously I purchased 4 new tyres for my prado and yesterday 4 new tyres for my wife's (Sally) lancer. Both times his product knowledge, experience and advice were clearly evident all conveyed in a friendly, business orientated and jovial manner. His customer service skills are of the highest standard and it is truly a pleasure dealing with Ryan. When replacing Sally's tyres I did not even shop around as the service and advice is of such a high standard. Regretfully we shall be moving from Brisbane shortly however I will be calling on another of your stores for my future requirements. I believe your company is very lucky to have Ryan Earl as an employee. These advices do not come lightly as having being involved in a service industry for over 40 years it is just a great pleasure dealing with a person with Ryan's skills and experience.
