Thank you SO much for your excellent service and kindness to me yesterday. This nausea is challenging, so to have the lovely Matty drive me home after dropping off the car was great. And to have Matty bring the car back in the afternoon was also very much appreciated. I just don’t know how you do it Warren. You must have done some “masters coaching” course in how to hire great people, because every single person I’ve had dealings with in your business is amazing…… positive, courteous, proud to work at JAX. It’s very unusual, and I just wanted you to know that. Thanks also for the discount you gave me. Please know you don’t need to do that for me. When such high quality service is provided, I fully expect, and are happy to, pay the full fee. By the way, your guys even returned the car with gleaming, clean hub-caps.
