My name is Cassie Gross and you guys saved the day for me on Tuesday.
I was travelling through from the Gold Coast to Mackay and after a dodgy job done by Bob Jane T-Marts my brand new tyre blew out in Gympie. We were directed into Bundaberg from a local in Gin Gin and after trying 3 other tyre shops in Bundaberg (Bob Jane included who didn't want to listen to a bar of what had happened and wanted to charge me over $1000 to get me on the road) I finally came across you guys.
My problem was that I needed a whole new rim and a tyre and Graham and Trent went above and beyond my expectations. Both guys were extremely sympathetic and I could tell they really wanted to help me out any way that they could. After a couple of minutes of searching they managed to find me a tyre and rim to fit my car (Ford Fiesta's are hard cars to find anything to fit the stud pattern). They fitted them straight away and I was back on the road within half an hour.
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Graham and Trent for all of their hard work and outstanding customer service. Without there efforts and support I would of been stranded in Bundaberg and would of had to pay over $1200 to get back on the road. I will never be going back to Bob Jane T-marts and will now only ever be taking my car to Jax Quick Fit Tyres (if only I lived in Bundaberg). THANKS ONCE AGAIN!!! You guys are life savers!!!!
