I'd like to extend my thanks for the excellent service my partner and I received at the Mitchelton store last Friday morning.
I phoned a number of other companies before booking with Jax and not only were Jax more competitive on price for tyres for our two cars, but the customer service over the phone (and later in person) was top notch. They were clearly dealing with a heavy workload that morning (everyone was hard at work just after 8), yet the guys in the office, manager + another that served us, were extremely pleasant and helpful. On only the mention of my girlfriend needing to leave for work within an hour, they ensured her car was shuffled in as soon as possible and she was easily away in time.
I'm very impressed and have/will recommended Jax Mitchelton to anyone I know.
