I recently had an excellent experience with JAX Tyre and Auto while preparing for a long return drive from Perth to Hobart. Despite being very busy, the staff took the time to help us find the best solution for our needs. The service was prompt and efficient, and they accommodated us even though we were delayed due to unusual traffic. While waiting, I was impressed with how professionally they handled other customers, even those who arrived without appointments on a busy Friday. They went above and beyond by resolving an issue with my leasing company and explaining their Australia-wide coverage and care plan. Although our preferred tyres—the iON evo AS SUV IH01A with a 70,000km warranty—were unavailable, the team mitigated the issue by generously discounting the more expensive tyres to match the price of our original choice, understanding we couldn't delay our trip. Overall, JAX Tyre and Auto provided outstanding customer service. Their professionalism and dedication made a significant difference, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality tyre services.

From first visit to job completed Jax staff Tyrone and Lisa were fantastic to deal with. I visited to enquire about new rims and tyres for my 4x4. Initially I was undecided what rims I wanted and what size tyres I can fit under guards without scraping but with hope to fit the largest tyre I could. Tyrone and Lisa were helpful to provide multiple examples of rims style that I was after and provide technical advise and assuring me with their willingness to try multiple tyre sizes if needed until I'm happy with the outcome. Tyrone also organised to get a rim that I liked for me to view before and was fine with me placing it next to the car to visualise the look. Fitment and alignment went just as seamless as the decision process with Tyrone and Lisa staying professional through the process with great customer service. To top it off the price agreed was very competitive with the team coming up with additional discount at payment time. How legendary! One happy customer here and I obviously recommend Jax Tyres Kwinana and the friendly staff.

They were able to repair the tyre quickly, and also ensured to put the car in jack mode (tesla) which other centers arent aware of. Very satisfied with Jax. Awesome service, good advice and fast. Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
