Our JAX Tyres & Auto Geelong store is proudly owned and operated by Ben Liu, who joined JAX in 2022. Ben has a general interest in the automotive industry and a background in exportation. He was looking for a customer-focused retail business and found the perfect fit with JAX.
Ben enjoys the variety and excitement that the workshop brings each day. At JAX Geelong, no job is too big or small, and he finds it rewarding to assist customers with their daily vehicle issues and guarantee they are back on the road with peace of mind.
The JAX Geelong team strives to provide the best service and find the right solutions for their customers, often receiving extra recognition and appreciation for their efforts. Every now and then they've been surprised with doughnuts and other thoughtful gestures, and they're so thankful for their amazing customers!
Ben currently supports the local community by sponsoring the local cricket and soccer teams, as well as the Geelong 4x4 group.
In his free time, Ben loves to spend time with his family. During the winter, you can often find him at the snowfields enjoying skiing.

And occupied my little grandson with some colouring sheets and pencils. I’m a previous customer and they’ve replaced my tyres before at a good price. Love this business! But please don’t think they’re always going to be able to fix your puncture in an hour! These guys are the best. I accidentally gave them the wrong tyre size when booking my car in. On the day they didn't have the tyres I wanted in the size I needed, so they found me something of similar quality and gave it to me at the price I would've paid if I got the other tyres. About 2 weeks after my tyres were fitted I got a flat. I called them and took my car in and they had it fixed, free of charge within 20 minutes. Their customer service is next level. Highly recommend, won't be going anywhere else!

Awesome stuff by Mo and team. I had a flat tyre replacement and also needed a spare wheel for my car. The original wheel charged by the company was close to 1000 bucks. Called 40 or 50 wreckers and tyre shops and finally found the right wheel for my car at a very nominal price. Also purchased new yokohama tyre for my car which was also very affordable compared to other shops and stores. And that too all within 20 mins. Good stuff!!!

To log in click the “myJAX” button at the top of the page which will direct you to the myJAX page. From there select ”LOGIN” button at the bottom of the page. If you have yet to create an account you will need to register first.

To store a vehicle in your account you must be logged in to access your my account page. Vehicles can then be added and edited using the vehicle management section in the left hand side menu bar.
At this time JAX Tyres & Auto does not sell all our available services online. If you would like additional work added to your booking please let the store know, preferably before your booking time and they can accommodate your request.
