We blew a tyre on the Saturday morning of Grand Final day on the terrible pot hole filled Sth Gippsland highway. Our car has run flat tyres (meaning no spare in the boot) and very specific sizes, we were having no luck, when my phone rang back and it was Glen from Jax (the first place I had called) he called back to let me know he had checked out back and had some second hand tyres that would fit and get me through! We managed to get the car there and he had it back on the road in under 25 mins, further to that he didn’t even charge us, just said he will take the second hand tyres back when he fits the new ones next week. We were blown away at the service, most people after saying they didn’t have the stock we need would have just hung up the phone and gone about their day, but Glen took the time to go and sift through second hand tyres that had come off cars recently and then call me back! And on Grand final day when no one wants extra work and everyone just wants to get home early. Thanks Glen, what a star, we will be clients ongoing after this great experience.

I am a truck driver and is difficult to get my car in during the week. I asked about Saturday and they said they were booked up. I told them my problem over the phone as also my tyres were showing wire on the inside edge, (most likely from not keeping the right air pressure up). Car is low so not easy to check. They were able to fit me in first thing Saturday morning. Staff were helpful and friendly and new tyres were fitted in a short time. Very impressed. I will check my tyre pressure regularly now. Jax in Frankston are a great place to get tyres, expert tyre information and prompt and reliable service. They have a clean, spacious and comfortable waiting lounge. Whilst usually pretty busy they will always try to fit you in for any urgent issues. All staff are polite, knowledgeable and happy to help. The shop is easy to find and usually have plenty of parking. The coffee machine makes the wait comfortable. lol.

I purchased 4 new tyres from Jax Frankston store app 1year ago. On Monday on my way home from Monash hospital one tyre was cut blow out hence un able to drive the car. Lucky there’s was a tyre shop on Princess highway and I bought 1 cheap tyre so I could drive home . I went back to Jax Frankston and was booked in the next day to have my tyres rotated and checked which they did. Once finished I went to pay and was told no charge . I would like to say no wonder over 20 odd years I keep going back not only for the great customer service but also supporting a local and in turn they look after returning customers . Well done Jax Frankston A+ service all round . And yr toilets were beautifully clean too . Thank you from a relieved female driver with no knowledge of cars . I would have no hesitation in recommending Jax Frankston .

Was referred by Frankston Mazda to get the tyre fitted here as I had no luck getting the exact same brand from other places. A lovely gentleman picked up my call late in the day and he was able to fit me in the next day, very nice job and everything was done within 20 mins and fairest price. Very happy, thanks Jax!!:))))

This will allow you to then add your vehicle registration and search for tyres suitable for your vehicle. Alternatively you may like to search by vehicle or by tyre size from the homepage or under the Tyres drop down at the top of the page.
Select the tyres you prefer and a time to have them fitted and consider the benefits of a wheel alignment. Proceed to the cart to add your details and checkout.
All purchases include fitting, balancing, tubeless valve, waste tyre management fee & GST will be provided at the JAX Tyres & Auto store of your choosing. All orders are completed at your selected store. JAX Tyres & Auto does not deliver automotive parts to alternative addresses.

The search function provides you with tyre choices based on your vehicle's original tyre sizing (original equipment) using the information entered by you. It is vital that you enter accurate vehicle make, year, model and series information.
To avoid an incorrect fitment, we suggest that you satisfy yourself that the tyres selected for your vehicle are suitable for the intended use, comply with relevant legal guidelines and are matched to the information contained on your vehicle tyre placard. Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
If you are unsure what size is installed on your vehicle, please confirm the size as listed on the tyre sidewall before placing your order.

Consider whether your vehicle has a spare tyre or allocated storage space for a spare. If not, your vehicle will potentially be stranded in the event of a puncture.
