I had a puncture repair done last week, I called right before closing time desperate to get in so I wouldn’t have trouble getting to work the following morning and the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful, told me to come straight down and they would fix it for me - they fixed it very quickly, efficiently and I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism- they even took the time to store my spare tyre neatly back in my boot with all the random tools organised back in their places after i had left them strewn about my boot in my rush to change the tyre and get to the shop - the customer service was absolutely top knotch- the price was very reasonable and I will definitely be returning for any future tyre needs! UPDATE: As I live in an area with heaps of construction, I again had a punctured tyre on my way to TAFE this morning - and wouldn’t ya know it, I was only 30 mins late getting to where I needed to go as on my way I pulled into JAX and they had my puncture sorted almost immediately- without me even having to call first, and they were clearly busy with quite a few other customers that morning but they still got it done for me amazingly fast and with the utmost professionalism. Constantly always impressed with their service!! 100/100 every time.

We had a Great and Seamless Experience. The Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great facilities and waiting area with a table, power points, USB ports and a Coffee Machine, where you can sit and work, study or relax whilst waiting. When we were having trouble booking online we got assistance over the phone. We ended up booking over the phone to have our 4 Car Tyres changed and a Wheel Alignment which was recommended and I believe is important to be done, when changing Tyres. Their pricing is reasonable and they have a variety of Tyre options. All in All, we are very happy with choosing Jax and will be back.

Kieran was a great help, advised on special Pirelli tyres that could have cost way over $200 for $189 incl labor. Also provided me with a report of my car, which had just had a service, to advise of issues missed by the other mechanic which reinforces my trust on them. Will be using them in the future and 100% recommend!

Amazing customer service - noticed my tyres were in a really bad shape (they had actually split) - needed them replaced ASAP as they were very dangerous - called jax at 8am and they answered straight away - no long hold like other places. The tyres I wanted weren’t in stock so they had to order them, but still managed to get it done same day! My car was ready at 3pm - made a really inconvenient situation less painful and means I have saved money as I don’t have to wait days for my car to be ready and keep catching Ubers! Thank you so much! 😄

This will allow you to then add your vehicle registration and search for tyres suitable for your vehicle. Alternatively you may like to search by vehicle or by tyre size from the homepage or under the Tyres drop down at the top of the page.
Select the tyres you prefer and a time to have them fitted and consider the benefits of a wheel alignment. Proceed to the cart to add your details and checkout.
All purchases include fitting, balancing, tubeless valve, waste tyre management fee & GST will be provided at the JAX Tyres & Auto store of your choosing. All orders are completed at your selected store. JAX Tyres & Auto does not deliver automotive parts to alternative addresses.
Currently we do not offer gift cards. If you're considering buying tyres for a relative or friend you could book an appointment once you know their vehicle make, model and year as well as the best store location and timing for their service.
Yes. Fleet and Commercial customers are more than welcome provided that the vehicle is registered under your name. Invoices cannot be redirected to a third party. If you are unsure we recommend that you make a booking by calling your nearest store, click here for the store locator.
The search function provides you with tyre choices based on your vehicle's original tyre sizing (original equipment) using the information entered by you. It is vital that you enter accurate vehicle make, year, model and series information.
To avoid an incorrect fitment, we suggest that you satisfy yourself that the tyres selected for your vehicle are suitable for the intended use, comply with relevant legal guidelines and are matched to the information contained on your vehicle tyre placard. Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
If you are unsure what size is installed on your vehicle, please confirm the size as listed on the tyre sidewall before placing your order.

Yes, however manufacturers' recommendations are always the best and safest option to ensure your vehicle is performing at optimal levels. Consider whether your vehicle has a spare tyre or allocated storage space for a spare. If not, your vehicle will potentially be stranded in the event of a puncture.
