The tyre fitters and mechanics at the back do their job extremely well and are very friendly too. I have had excellent customer service every time I have needed to take my Pathfinder there. Another great thing is it is just across the road from Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, MacDonald's and nearby fuel stations to walk to if you need to grab a snack without needing to call a taxi. They do have a comfortable sitting/waiting area with tea/coffee facilities if you would rather wait while they work on your vehicle.

Jax tyres Toowoomba took my car immediately on the spot, were so wonderful about it all, phoned me to let me know what the issue was and the cost to fix and had it all done within two hours so we could get on the road despite how busy they were. Our family is so grateful for the amazing customer service experience and for the staff in the workshop who were able to get this sorted for us so quickly. A day that could have gone very pear shaped for us was saved so easily and promptly. I would highly recommend this store for tyre and brake needs. Awesome team of people!

There have been times when I have had call Steve, due to difficulty with my car, and he has patiently talked me thru a number of situations. His time is very limited however he is still willing to assist when you are stuck, even after hours. Steve tends to lead by example and his staff are friendly and willing to assist.

During routine inspection they discovered two major issues with my car that my usual service centre failed to recognise just weeks prior. Jax fixed the problem in under an hour. Will be returning not only for tyres but also regular servicing from now on. Mechanics are great and admin team at the front are equally as excellent.

I have 4xnew tyres fitted and when I came to collect the vehicle I was advised that the front brakes needed to be replaced and the brake fluid needed changing. I had no hesitation in booking the vehicle in for the required work.

I have no idea if their prices are competitive but this business has been rock solid for me. I've used them for car services, radiator flush, rear brakes and discs and today a flat tyre. Even though they are extremely busy, the fellow on the phone told me they could fix it if I got here by 4pm. They have just taken it in as we speak to fix it. As a disabled customer I am highly satisfied with the service this business has offered me over the years. Was going to put a photo up of it in the bay but it isn't there? UPDATE They fixed it so quickly that I arrived home by 4.30pm. Outstanding service. And yes, they did change the tyre back onto the vehicle. I checked.

We were just going to drop it off and leave it overnight, however we rocked up at 20 to 5 and the boys wheeled out like they were in the pits. 4 new tyres fitted in 15min and we were on our way again. Seriously awesome service. To be honest a huge reason why we no longer shop around and just continue to use these guys. Thanks again boys! if we had beer, we'd have given you a carton. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
