Dropped my wheels off, was a bit nervous as an expensive wheelset but there was no need to be. Few hours later got a txt and they were good to go. Pickup super easy and the guys obviously took a lot of care of the wheels. Even stacking them so the rim lips wouldn't be marked, it's a small detail that an enthusiast recognises and appreciated. I was there on opening on a Monday morning in desperate need for a wheel alignment (after strut replacement) without an appointment, & was thinking I'd probably have to go to find another place to do it, but was accepted right away. I was very impressed with that & the price for a 4 wheel alignment & the result of my car now tracking dead straight if I take hand of steering wheel for a moment. I arrived with unsafe steering feel & anxious about needing to use the car for my work & left safe & ready to work in not much more than an hour.

I cannot rate these guys any higher. The guy on the front desk does an amazing job. Listening to him as he deals with his customers is the main reason for this review. Not only was he polite and accurate, but his dealings were not of a salesman, rather a concerned friend. I have the utmost of trust in his opinion. He made suggestions not based on profit, but what was the best for the customer. Too often this is not demonstrated at tyre shops, and in particular to women and the elderly. The job they did for me was simple and was dealt with swiftly. While the front desk guy was sensational, his workshop team also need praise, as it was their efficiency that got me back on the road. This JAX Tyres stands out from all of the rest.

They promptly took my car and got to work on the flat tyre. Turned out there was no puncture, and it may have just been low on air. They did not charge me at all, which i really appreciated. I will be getting all my tyre and auto work done here from now on. It's hard as a woman to find honest people to do work on a car i don't understand. It was so refreshing to find it here at Jax Tyres. Thankyou jax tyre's, see you in a couple of weeks for new tyres and wheel alignment

My first time having an issue with my car and also the first time getting a service done that wasn’t done by Suzuki as my car is now out of warranty. My issue was resolved extremely quickly and it was all done at a reasonable price. I believe his name is Sam (I’m sorry if I’m wrong) he was informative and very helpful. I wasn’t made out to be dumb when I asked questions I didn’t know the answer to as my knowledge on cars is very little. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.

Went across the road to have a tyre evaluated after a puncture and was told new tyre needed $500, drive across the road to Jax and was greeted with a friendly smile and a can do attitude. Tyre was repaired in 20 minutes and saved $450. Definitely will return.

Blak people are welcome here. The guy who answered the phone and served me was deadly, very welcoming and had a good laugh and chat with me. Mechanics can be daunting for a single, small female tbh but they were all really nice. Super efficient service, I was out of there in less time than they told me I would be. Highly recommend.

All purchases include fitting, balancing, tubeless valve, waste tyre management fee & GST will be provided at the JAX Tyres & Auto store of your choosing. All orders are completed at your selected store. JAX Tyres & Auto does not deliver automotive parts to alternative addresses.

Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
If you are unsure what size is installed on your vehicle, please confirm the size as listed on the tyre sidewall before placing your order.
