Its a easy 5 star for me because they were the cheapest I could find and they were able to squeeze me in last minute at 8am instead of 10am the following day, despite there were also other customers booked for 8am on arrival. They got the job done in couple of hours as promised without delay. We just went to Bunnings across the road to have coffee and breakfast and browsing around. They were also transparent with prices quoted with no hidden costs. If I have to be picky then it would be the limited parking space, but again, that was not my priority. I will definitely come back again and even recommend family/friends to come here also.

I called Jax and even though they were really busy (it was the day before the Easter weekend), they were able to fit me in and replace my spare tire. They knew what type of tire my car needed and had 1 ready to go. For a late minute appointment, I only had to wait 1.5-2 hours. Bloody legends!

Excellent front end customer service here from Zoe. And our mechanic (Dakota) was 10/10. I had 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment. Previous to this, I had asked two seperate mechanics to investigate a strange rattling noise from the front driver side wheel and they found absolutely nothing. I decided to take my car to Jax Ipswich and like a young Poirot, he investigated and identified the issue (colapsed wheel bearing) straight away. I guess it's like anything else, there are good ones and bad ones. These guys are good but I can't say enough about Dakota the mechanic...Bloody Champion 🏆 and 5 stars from me.

The Girls in the office are really friendly & helpful. I've been to Jax four times & they've always been the same. I've listened to them with other customers & phone calls & they are always very professional as well. Jax prices are very reasonable, they have a lot of brands of tyres so you can usually get something you want & fitted all in the same day. I went to three different places before Jax & none of them could help with tyres the same day. At Jax I got good brand tyres, on special at the time & fitted all in the space of an hour & a half. Their after sale service is also good, sending emails for follow up rotation & again for alignment.

Efficient, professional and reasonably priced. My wheel alignment was way out after having work completed on the underside of my vehicle. They provide WiFi and a coffee machine if you want to wait or you can go across the road and go shopping as I did. Lots of local food places, an opshop and local Bunnings in the area all within walking distance. I was sent a text in under an hour to notify me that my car was ready for collection. After a couple of weeks driving I'm very happy with the wheel alignment Jax provided.

All purchases include fitting, balancing, tubeless valve, waste tyre management fee & GST will be provided at the JAX Tyres & Auto store of your choosing. All orders are completed at your selected store. JAX Tyres & Auto does not deliver automotive parts to alternative addresses.

Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
