There was a hiccup with a rattling noise coming from the air vents that required me to go back, the team was able to find the source of the problem which was some leaf debris that had fallen into the air filter during replacement, quick blast of air and I was out of there with no issues! Really appreciate the teams help! The roadside assist package that came with the service was a lifesaver for me as well as I was originally worried the noise was a mechanical issue and asked for a tow. All in all would recommend and will come back!

Other places were quoting weeks for it to come in and these guys were able to do it next day, and with pricing cheaper than Costco tyres which says something. Cannot recommend them enough, especially if you are looking to get a wheel alignment as well. Service is speedy, less than 1.5 hours to replace 4 SUV tyres and a wheel alignment. They’re flexible with timing with a good waiting area with free coffee, music and internet. I also wanted to say that the staff are all great, and I noticed it especially with Graham who looked after me.

Been here multiple times from new UUHP tyres, tyre flips, and puncture repairs. Each time manager Jason has personally checked the work and ensured staff followed factory procedures like torque setting nuts. Each time I get a text message notifying car or tyre is ready promptly. When tyres need to be ordered in the follow up and booking has been easy. Not the cheapest tyre store but also not the most expensive, but worth every cent to have things done right and safely.

I came to JAC because it was near my office on Monday morning, booked it in for the next day I dropped my car off in the morning and spoke to the team - I told them my concerns and he came and checked the car and tires with me to get a quick understanding - I knew I needed new front tires before I left and he gave me good cost options as well I got a call once they had inspected the car and knew what was wrong and was fully informed of the costs and works before they started so I didn’t get a surprise bill when I arrived which has happened before and this was definitely a lot less stressful! My car was ready to pick up that afternoon and I didn’t get any hidden costs at the counter The guys were so professional and kind throughout the process and 10/10 I will be coming back

Tyres were replaced and balanced in less than an hour. Coffee in the pleasant, if chilly, upstairs waiting room was a welcome touch. Great all round, just watch out for heavy traffic in this part of town.

Service, Pricing, Facilities I had an unexpected need for 4 new tires and the staff were incredibly helpful in finding me a good deal on tires. They also offer afterpay which I needed to use or else wouldn't have been able to even get the tires. Everyone was really lovely to deal with and didn't mind my grumpy toddler. I love that they offer a customer lounge too - honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks for being such an outstanding team!

I was concerned about a noise I could hear coming from brakes. I then couldn’t download Uber to get home, so he booked and paid for my Uber. Please read the entire review… February 2023: I do not recommend you take your car here unless you have several days to come back to rectify the issues they create. I brought my car in to replace 4×tyres and to have my suspension looked at. Unfortunately, I wasted a total of 11 days over 3 weeks bringing my car back several times, each time with a different issue caused by the mechanic who worked on my car the first day. This doesn't include all the time in between driving around in a car that was dangerous to drive. Four separate issues that cost me far more than my time and money. I am utterly unimpressed with the workmanship of this shop. May 2023 EDIT: Subsequent to this original review, I got a hold of the owner of this shop and he has been very helpful and I’ve been compensated for all my troubles as well as getting an awesome deal on my next set of tyres! Issues are sometimes unavoidable but how they are dealt with is always more important and I can happily say I would return again.

I called them up on Monday, spoke to Jason who was so helpful in organising two tyres for my car. He was able to get me booked to come in same day. It was honestly the easiest thing I've ever had to do regarding my car. I wouldn't call myself knowledgeable about anything to do with cars by any stretch of the imagination. However I felt I was in safe hands with Jason and the crew. I asked quite a few questions and each was answered plainly and in a way I would understand. At no point did I feel I was going to be taken advantage of (it's happened several times before at other car-related businesses) and never felt I was being spoken to condescendingly. Seriously, I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Jason and the crew, what a schmick operation! I can hand on heart recommend anyone to give the team a go at JAX Tyres & Auto Bowen Hills. I know I'll be coming back for years.

Best experience I have had at a tyre shop. These guys quoted me an amazing price and did everything asked. They even fit me in for a massive job on a Saturday after calling them on a Friday afternoon. I supplied wheels and tyres to get fitted to my ute, no issue compared to other companies who were afraid they wont make a profit on top of the parts. My supplier supplied me with the wrong wheel nut’s however Jax had no issue swapping them out for a set they had on hand. Best experience, couldn’t recommend these guys more if I tried. Will be back.

The work was of high quality and very reasonably priced. They have a huge service station which means they can accommodate more people. The customer lounge is amazing with comfy seats, TV, coffee and water. Jax Tyres will beat most in the business hands down in courtesy and service. And price would not be an issue. I really liked the upstairs waiting area where you can make your own coffee and attend to business / emails whilst waiting for your car tyres to be completed.

They took care of me without any drama, checked all 4 tyres, replaced them whilst I waited in the coffee lounge, and then I was on my way. So glad I didn't have to wait till Monday for assistance.

Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
