I have pulled in on a couple of occasions when my car is not driving well and they have either filled up the tyres for me or advised about a puncture, and it was always too easy for them to sort out! I go back for my tyres when replacement is needed and other items too as they have showed care in the past when they could have shoved me out the door. Thanks guys! :-)

I found booking over the phone very easy, and the person I spoke to was friendly. They also instantly knew my car's make, model, and year, the price for new tyres and the cost of the next log-book service. I also found that I could book my car in for new tyres and service fairly soon. Usually, I would have to book six weeks in advance at dealership service centres. When I took my car in and picked it back up, the gentlemen were very friendly and professional. The service centre also has a very comfortable waiting lounge in case you get back a little too early. I felt comfortable with the whole process.

We are very thankful to Jax Tyres and Auto team at Aspley. I spoke to Steve on a Saturday morning about an urgent issue that had propped up. He was very helpful and fit us in last minute. It ended up being a very critical/ safety issue which they fixed at no cost at all. The entire team is very good and strongly recommend them. (This problem was due negligent brake replacement work done 3 weeks ago by a different service centre- an expensive official car dealership service centre).

They found some defects, car yard resisted and attempted to show video evidence that nothing was wrong, spoke to Nick at Jax over phone on a weekend, amazing service, well beyond my expectations. Car went into Jax for a second "proof", put on hoist, new videos taken, new report written showing why the car yard mechanic's response was "in error", and no additional cost. We were treated with respect, kindness and understanding from start to finish. I respect their quality of follow through and attention to detail, both in their initial inspection and in following up to ensure I was appropriately looked after. I cannot recommend this company more highly - they took time, care and effort to ensure we were fully looked after. Thank you !! Nick, you are a legend, and Mark and Craig - your explanations and kindness in looking after myself and my daughter with her first purchase has made a rather stressed young girl comfortable, at ease, and left both of us very impressed. I had a buyer for my Ford Focus. Jax Auto Aspley, who service the Ford, do not do RWC’s, so booked it with Zupps. The RWC failed with work needed to replace an o’ring in the speed sensor. Cost $380 + $60 parts which had to come from Melbourne. Total $440. Earliest return booking Mid-Feb. The buyer was due to pick up the evening of the next day. Panic set in. Rang Jax Auto Aspley, explained the work needed and the urgency, and they generously moved things to book it in for the next morning. Lunch time, Jax called – all done including full brake flush. Cost $149!! Passed inspection and RWC issued. I could rave about the outstanding work and truly excellent customer service of Jax Aspley and slam Zupps for outrageous gouging, but I won’t. I’ll let anyone interested draw their own conclusions.

Replaced 'brake rotor and pads' which required replacing at very good cist far cheaper than Nissan service centre during 70k service. Inspection of front rotor and brake pads did not require replacing as Nissan service centre claimed needed "urgent replacing" (at their inflated pricing). Definately returning for JAX brake servicing (as per previous approx 10 plus years of tyre and brake servicing for current and previous vehicles.

This will allow you to then add your vehicle registration and search for tyres suitable for your vehicle. Alternatively you may like to search by vehicle or by tyre size from the homepage or under the Tyres drop down at the top of the page.
Select the tyres you prefer and a time to have them fitted and consider the benefits of a wheel alignment. Proceed to the cart to add your details and checkout.
All purchases include fitting, balancing, tubeless valve, waste tyre management fee & GST will be provided at the JAX Tyres & Auto store of your choosing. All orders are completed at your selected store. JAX Tyres & Auto does not deliver automotive parts to alternative addresses.

Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.

Consider whether your vehicle has a spare tyre or allocated storage space for a spare. If not, your vehicle will potentially be stranded in the event of a puncture.
