Big fan of Jax Warrawong, especially Simon 🌟 I've had my last few services with them and they always give me fair prices, honest information and options. Super patient when I ask questions and just all around good people. Today I didn't have an appointment and though they were busy they still sorted me out within half a day. See, my car decided to not start last night and after an adventure, we managed to jump start it. We took a chance and dropped it off outside their shop late last night and I called this morning to explain the issues. About an hour later they called back with a quote and diagnostics. By 12:30pm I got a text saying it was ready to pick up 😀 This wasn't a quick job either - I asked if they could do a service too because it was due anyway in about 100kms and I knew it was due for a kind of bigger service, + a couple of tires, plus now the new battery. Extra special was I asked if we could do the greenslip cause my rego was due in a month, plus I needed a new brake light. Absolutely no problem- they listened and did it all 😎 As someone who cringes going to most car services because of being taken advantage of in the past, I really really really appreciate the team at Jax Warrawong. Oh yeah, plus I'm super pregnant (like due in 2 weeks pregnant) so really really appreciate having my car back so swiftly. ❤️ 💙 💜 (Ps, over the years, I've experienced the same awesome service even when not sporting a giant bump 😉)

I had some work done on my car at jax, warrawong. All seemed fine until I drove home and my car overheated. I had a fishing trip planned with my kids early the following morning, so I was keen to get the issue sorted. I was stressed and rather cranky so I sent a message to their Facebook page with my concerns and I was messaged back almost immediately (after business hours) the team knew the issue and advised me someone would be out to my house to sort out the issue the next day. The kids were disappointed they missed their early morning fish but were very surprised when Tony arrived and presented them with a BCF voucher to apologise for their missed fishing trip. The issue (an air bubble in the cooling system) was sorted within the hour and I am quite impressed with how they handled the situation and resolved the problem.

I had such a good experience yesterday with JAX Warrawong. Not only did I save hundreds of dollars with their honest pricing but I also received fast, efficient and friendly service. I also wanted to say, while I was there an elderly gentleman came in concerned because his seat belt wasn’t working, and Bec kindly went above and beyond for him personally trying to help him even though it is not a service they offer and helped him sort it out. My shopping was also loaded into my car by Simon. It was such a wholesome experience, and I will never take my car anywhere else!

Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
If you are unsure what size is installed on your vehicle, please confirm the size as listed on the tyre sidewall before placing your order.

Consider whether your vehicle has a spare tyre or allocated storage space for a spare. If not, your vehicle will potentially be stranded in the event of a puncture. To log in click the “myJAX” button at the top of the page which will direct you to the myJAX page. From there select ”LOGIN” button at the bottom of the page. If you have yet to create an account you will need to register first.

To store a vehicle in your account you must be logged in to access your my account page. Vehicles can then be added and edited using the vehicle management section in the left hand side menu bar.
