They have never let me down, they always do what I ask, it's never a problem. I've found the staff all round to have very good communication skills and very dedicated, the leadership of this franchise to be of a high standard and we are all dealt with proffesionally and with respect. Definitely becoming my regular mechanic now!!!!! Post night shift radiator blew up. I did just recently have a major service done at Subaru 14days ago , called them they didn’t care couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks 27/1. Called Jax , even though they are chat stick and couldn’t get me officially booked in till the 11th. Had my car towed there yesterday 5/1 and the replaced/fixed in less than 24hrs , already got my car back this morning 6/1 . Great customer service as well was kept up to date with what was happening! Could not recommend them more!!!!!! 10/10

Last week I visited JAX Tyres and Auto Penrith. A friend (and JAX customer) strongly recommended I do this ASAP. He observed a 10-cent sized tear on one of my tyres. Nicole came out to my car to discuss the situation. She was very helpful and patient, and assisted me in taking all the "stuff" out of my boot, so the technicians could check out the condition of my spare. With no fuss, the situation was assessed. My car's two best tyres were fitted at the front (being a front-wheel drive vehicle). The spare was in good condition, and the nicked tyre would be fine as a spare tyre; okay in an emergency. The technicians explained exactly what they were doing, and checked the tyre pressure on all tyres, (I had been putting less air in than was required). I was so surprised when I went into the office to pay for this very timely and hassle-free service, and Nicole said "no charge"! Thank you Nicole and workers at JAX. I will return next year to have my tyres checked, and to have new tyres fitted when required. I was so impressed, and will definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.

Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
