I've had several great experiences with the team at Jax. They are fantastic, I'm not a car person but they always deal with me honestly and fairly... they've gone out of their way to make sure I was getting the best deal, even when it's not in their interest. In one case they helped me locate a small part online (a single valve to hold the tyre pressure sensor) for a fraction of what it would have cost to purchase to a new set of 4 valves from the genuine parts dealer. It made no difference to JAX, it actually took up more of their time to solve my problem... but it meant a huge saving for me. They put their customers first and it shows. Great work!

After arriving around 4:20pm, by 5:00pm the tyre issue I had was confirmed serious (w photos), the spare tyre replaced the failed tyre, the car booked - and quoted - for all tyres to be replaced on Wednesday, so grateful . . . as well as being great service, it didn't seem that hard - what is the other place thinking!

I came here to get a puncture fixed and it was a really positive experience. It was easy to make an appointment, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and I was back on the road in an hour. They're assessment of my vehicle was honest, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They are located right next to the shops so I could have easily popped over there and got my shopping done while I waited but I brought my computer and did a little work in their waiting room instead. They've got a comfortable space to wait if you choose to do so, with some tables, chairs, a lounge and a TV.

This will allow you to then add your vehicle registration and search for tyres suitable for your vehicle. Alternatively you may like to search by vehicle or by tyre size from the homepage or under the Tyres drop down at the top of the page.
Select the tyres you prefer and a time to have them fitted and consider the benefits of a wheel alignment. Proceed to the cart to add your details and checkout.
All purchases include fitting, balancing, tubeless valve, waste tyre management fee & GST will be provided at the JAX Tyres & Auto store of your choosing. All orders are completed at your selected store. JAX Tyres & Auto does not deliver automotive parts to alternative addresses.

The search function provides you with tyre choices based on your vehicle's original tyre sizing (original equipment) using the information entered by you. It is vital that you enter accurate vehicle make, year, model and series information.

Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
If you are unsure what size is installed on your vehicle, please confirm the size as listed on the tyre sidewall before placing your order.

Consider whether your vehicle has a spare tyre or allocated storage space for a spare. If not, your vehicle will potentially be stranded in the event of a puncture.
