Great experience here! I normally go to Jax Tyres in Windsor (which is equally as good) and was met with nice, friendly customer service. I've had mechanics try to overcharge in the past (probably assuming I don't know anything about my car) and have luckily never had that experience with Jax. Update: Visited again this week (3 years since my last review) and they’re still doing a fantastic job. If I could leave another 5 star review I would! I booked in for help with a wobble I was experiencing when driving, and they pointed out a significant fault with my tyres that should’ve been picked up in a recent service completed at the dealership I had originally bought the car from. Thank you again!

My daughter will drop the car off for me, but the team have the inspection done in good time and she's usually given back the car straight away. Today, I needed 2 new tyres fitted which were my own I bought 4 years ago during covid times..since then I finally got to use the last 2 tyres that have been sitting in the garage. The team took the spare tyre off, put the 2 new tyres on, balanced then disposed of the junk tyres. Probably 15mins and i was on my way. Great service,, friendly and fast and great location. Bunnings, aldi within walking distance. Response time is even fast online when I had to cancel a sat appointment as I couldn't change the flatty to the spare to drive there. I was able to book first thing this morning. Great work guys and thank you for looking after me..

Had a puncture. Another tyre dealer had told me that it couldn't be fixed, and surprise, they couldn't order that particular tyre, so I would have to buy two new ones. Went for a second opinion here. I had forgotten that they were there as there isn't a lot of signage, and are hidden behind the Bunnings. Young guy on the counter said he would take a look and confirmed that he could easily repair. Offered to re-install back onto the car and stow the 'space-saver spare'. I was impressed to see that they used a torque wrench to perform the final wheel nut tightening. Great service from a professional outfit, at a reasonable price.

They also showed me why a repair I thought I needed, based on advice of another mechanic, was not needed and that id be wasting my money. The service and customer service they provide was phenomenal and I felt very welcomed and educated when I don't know much about cars let alone tires myself. I got a tire ordered for an urgent tire replacement this morning, arrived in the arvo and got it replaced, diagnosed and added air in my tires for a very good and affordable price. Could not recommend more! Called to get a single tyre replacement. Being a young woman and knowing nothing about cars I’m often met with no grace from mechanics. Had called a couple places before these guys and was met with grunts and judgments over the phone/in person. But here I was greeted by Steve over the phone who explained all my options and what he would recommend with great patience. Absolute amazing guy! They ordered my replacement that afternoon with it arriving next morning before they got it on my car within 30mins. Will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend especially to those who feel out of their depth when it comes to cars.

I looked up many mechanics and JAX came up and it was cheaper from the others I’ve seen. JAX mechanics are great and very affordable and have good quality and very friendly administrations. Reliable and honest! Got a nail in my tyre yesterday, a flat tyre. I thought probably needed to change a pair of new tyres cos years ago I was told to change both front tyres by another mechanic in the same situation. However, the honest JAX guys just repaired it in 10 mins. Of course the cost is much lower than changing new tyres, and definitely JAX earns much less. Really appreciate your professional work and help JAX. Great job! Great people!

Giving 5 stars without any hesitation. The lady at front desk was helpful and friendly (Priya). I got an appointment same day. I was given an approximate quote based on the symptoms I explained. After spending considerable time on my car the technician found the issue to be a little dirt (not visible from the outside) and cleaned it before handing me back the keys. Then they surprised me by not charging me for the entire experience. Very honest business. Highly recommend. I don't normally write such lengthy reviews but this place deserves every praise.

Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
