Jax helped me through all the queries I had after my car was stolen they suggested the best wheels at an affordable price and also checked my car out to see if their was any other damage to it, and then did my wheel alignment. I was shocked to find out one side was out by nearly 3cm! They rectified this for me, and I felt safe and content knowing my car was in their hands. Rob is the best mechanic there and their reception team is amazing. They also offer tea and coffee for while you wait. It was done in a quick and orderly fashion. I was very happy with their service. The first thing Sam at Jax in Mitchell said was “of course we can help you, what do you need…” We were able to get to Mitchell where they could look at the car, find the problem and give us a quote within an hour, (which was very reasonable considering the problem). The staff and manager were so helpful and kind when we were having a very bad day, saying they are “customer focused first…” Yep. They sure are. Give these guys your business.

Each time, I have been treated with the utmost care and understanding. The shopfloor team is very busy, yet extermely efficient. Similar with the front of office team. Tip: It is much easier to ring up and personally book with the team. Note for head office: The website does not take into account the number of orders for a time slot. It puts untold pressure at site, as my data was incorrect. Thankfully, the local branch team demonstrated agility, and was able to get me on my way within 2 hours.

So, why JAX Tyres???. Well, it's much like their commercial some time ago suggested -> "hit the road to JAX & you'll be coming back for more!"......& they sure as heck weren't wrong there!. You'll most certainly be coming back for more!. The JAX Tyres difference??? -> customer service!!. So, on my way from Sydney, attending the annual Summernats & ran myself into some trouble concerns my tyre, long story short, they managed to assist me when no other one bothered to help!......in addition to not even charging for their service assistance, either!. This really does speak volumes of the content of their character & going that extra mile of going above & beyond!. Honestly, to rate this mob anything less than 5 star, is absolute criminal!. A small accident left my work vehicle off the road with the front end bent out of alignment unable to drive. And did I mention Matt is a wizard at wheel alignments… he is the only guy who has done a wheel alignment for me where I have been totally happy with the outcome. Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
