Our JAX Tyres & Auto Castle Hill store is proudly owned and operated by Daniel Dalton and Robert Baggiossi, who joined JAX in 2000. With years of collective experience in the automotive industry Danny and Rob are seasoned experts in their field!
Their passion for cars and dedication to excellence is obvious when you visit JAX Castle Hill. Whether a routine safety check or a complex maintenance, Rob and Danny are the right men for the job. They also do what they can to support their local community and are currently sponsoring the local Swimming Club and Baseball Team. On his free time, Danny likes to go camping, play tennis or just chill and watch movies. Robert enjoys spending time and relaxing with his family.

Called in at Jax Tyres on a Saturday morning as one of my tyres had a nail in it. They could not have been more helpful. As they didn't have a tyre for my car, they suggested that I try Bob Jane a short walk away. They had a tyre there for me , but could only fit it on Monday. Due to Work obligations, Monday was not an option for me.I went back to Jax and one of the guys there suggested that I buy the tyre from Bob Jane, and that they would fit it for me. He came with me, took the tyre back to their premises and within 45 minutes, I had a new tyre fitted. Fantastic customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Thanks to the team for helping out really quickly on a punctured tyre I had - I always think there’s a risk when visiting car mechanics etc that they’ll try rip you off, but these guys were friendly and honest, and had sweet beards, which is always a plus. Drove in without an appointment in the morning just after they opened, and drove out with everything sorted in 30 mins. Waited in store for the entire time and the way they treated every customer who came in/called whilst I was hanging around was exceptional. Very much recommend the team at Jax castle hill for any tyre needs!

Went to Jax Tyres Castle Hill on my way past and asked if I could have an overdue tyre rotation. Not only did they rotate my tyres for an unbelievably decent price on the spot, they also uncovered one of my tyres with the inside steel radial belts hanging out that I couldn't see without a hoist. They then proceeded to refit that rim with a decent second hand tyre at no extra cost to get me by! Absolute Champions, saved me a tow truck as it was ready to blow. Very much appreciated and will return there for new tyres in the future, can't recommend enough, what a brilliant outlet chain with genuine mechanics and management who care, thank you very much!

Cameron at Jax Tyres, Castle Hill, answered my call and made an appointment for within two hours he was very polite. When I got to Jax in Castle Hill I was well looked after and told what to expect. Cameron fixed my tyre which needed to be plugged as there was a nail in it. Cameron showed me where my tyres were worn and the tread was coming away. There was no pressure to buy there and then but I have been driving for many years and know when tyres need to be replaced. I will definitely go back for new tyres as they have good specials on and I was reliably informed Black Friday specials will be coming soon. Thanks Cameron, I'll be back.

Recently been dealing with Justin who is also excellent, and a big thanks to Fahan in the workshop for always taking care of my car. Brought my subby here after it needed some new Bridgestones and a basic wheel alignment after Subaru had 3 attempts and couldn't fix it (wondering if they even tried?). Got an awesome price on the tyres and wheel alignment and had them fitted within 2 days, while i was told by another store these tyres aren't in the country and its a 7-15 day wait. Customer service was awesome from the first phone call with Justin to leaving the store and the workshop is super clean and you can see everything they're doing on your car. These guys will now be my go to for wheels, tyres and alignment.

Jax Tyres always honest and great customer service. I highly recommend as no where else would I find a business that is honest and great customer service. My tyres had low pressure issue. After 3 x, I took to Jax. They submerge the tyres etc but found no issue. After servicing for 30mins, they reported no punctures. When I told them I had 3 episodes, they decided to do a "blood test". They strip the whole wheel out and slowly went thru the inside of the wheels. Finally found the problem with a tag inside. They tore away the tag, seal it and took up another 30 mins of work on top of the previous 30mins. They charged me $0 for all the work!! It wasn't the first time they did this!! Some while back I had another issue and they checked and helped but charged nothing too. From then, whenever I had problems or need new tyres, they ate my go to shop!!!

Original Equipment tyre sizes shown in search results for particular vehicles are determined based on the best information currently available to us from vehicle manufacturers and from manual inspection of new vehicles as they are released. Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
Since variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes may determine the Original Equipment tyre size on your vehicle, always verify the size you are purchasing matches the tyre size for your vehicle, usually found on the placard located inside the driver’s door, glove box or fuel cap, or in the Owner's Manual.
If you are unsure what size is installed on your vehicle, please confirm the size as listed on the tyre sidewall before placing your order.

Yes, however manufacturers' recommendations are always the best and safest option to ensure your vehicle is performing at optimal levels. Consider whether your vehicle has a spare tyre or allocated storage space for a spare. If not, your vehicle will potentially be stranded in the event of a puncture. To log in click the “myJAX” button at the top of the page which will direct you to the myJAX page. From there select ”LOGIN” button at the bottom of the page. If you have yet to create an account you will need to register first.

To store a vehicle in your account you must be logged in to access your my account page. Vehicles can then be added and edited using the vehicle management section in the left hand side menu bar.
