I was given the quote, and it included a discount and was provided with an estimated wait time. The work was done as specified and also included a check of any other issues under the body. I was advised of some worn out items that needed attention and was given a quote to have it fixed without any obligation. JAX in Bankstown has a good waiting facility and coffee machine. There are shops nearby if you need to wonder around. I don't think you will be disappointed having work done at JAX

I called these guys who told me to come straight over and the team at the front were so kind and compassionate, and the tire replacement was done quickly. Came in for an alignment after installing some suspension components yesterday (not by Jax Tyres), and David found an issue with my wheels hitting the tie rods at full lock. Turns out the wrong part was installed as it was an aftermarket part for a different model! Dean and David went above and beyond to find the correct part for me at a reasonable price on the same day, and after receiving it from their supplier it was installed and aligned in under an hour. Couldn’t be happier, thank you again to you both and the rest of the team!

I recently experienced a minor inconvenience with my brakes, as they started making constant squeaking sounds. Although the issue wasn't resolved to my satisfaction by my previous mechanic, I decided to take my car to Jax Tyres. To my delight, they promptly fixed the problem on the same day and at an affordable price. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issue again, which was actually due to the previous mechanic's error. However, when I brought my car back to Jax Tyres, I was fortunate enough to have Davie (specifically, Davie from the UK, as there are multiple Davies) handle the service. I must say, Davie exceeded my expectations and completely resolved the problem. He provided me with constant updates throughout the entire process, which greatly alleviated any concerns I had. It's worth mentioning that Davie has an impressive 20 years of experience, which undoubtedly contributed to the excellent service I received. I was pleasantly surprised when Davie, the skilled technician at Jax Tyres, not only addressed the brake issue but also identified some engine-related problems with my vehicle. He promptly brought these concerns to my attention, ensuring that I could avoid any potential issues down the road. Despite the unfortunate reappearance of the problem, Davie took it upon himself to escalate the matter to the management. Thanks to his dedication, I was provided with new parts and service free of charge, acknowledging that the initial fix was not carried out correctly. Davie's exceptional problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction resulted in the successful resolution of an issue that my previous mechanic failed to address. I wholeheartedly recommend Jax Tyres and specifically Davie for their outstanding service. I am confident that I will return to them for any future suspension or wheel-related concerns.

As a female with no experience with cars, i am always weary of being taken for a ride but my experience with JAX auto mechanic Davy is one of transparency. I came with a funny noise in my car, Davy took me for a test run and listened to my concerns. After looking at my car he was able to pin point the problem. What i liked was that he showed me clearly where the problem was and communicated in lay mans term. Davy solved the problem. Let me start off by saying that this is the first review I have left for any business and upon leaving Jax Tyres, felt an instant need to share the amazing experience I had with Jax Tyres Bankstown. From the initial phone call with Dean when I called and requested to make a booking to bring my car in for an inspection on my suspension system on my Volkswagon Golf. I had the lovely David B. who took care of inspecting my car on the day and he was absolutely awsome to deal with! He took my car for a test drive and came back and told me he didnt feel or hear anything concerning but offered to sit in the car if I wanted to drive the car for a test so that i could point out anything with him there. David was very knowledgeable particularly with European models and answered all my questions in full detail. As a single mother, going to a mechanic for repairs or any services on my car has always been daunting as there was always a possibility of being ripped off with repairs that were not necessary or not needed and no one ever taking the time to explain and answer questions the way David did. Even tho the second test drive still didnt turn up with anything concerning to David, he assured me he would pop the car on the hoist and make sure everything underneath looked ok. David took me under the car and again explained everything in great detail why everything seemed good to him and even explained what certain parts would look like or what they would be doing if they were a problem. In the end he spotted a leak in my CV axle which was determined needed replacing and even noticed that my front tyres were on back to front from the previous mechanic who had just recently replaced my brake pads and rotors which he fixed up. Was given a good price to replace my CV axle and will definitley be going to Jax Tyres Bankstown for all future works/services on my car!! Thank you so much Dean & David B. for your help and being so easy to deal with ! See you guys soon.

It happens that, as a car owner, every few 1000 kilometres one needs new tyres. For the last few times I've needed tyres I've headed back to Jax at Bankstown. The intelligent layout of the pristine workshop and office area gives one a sense of a proper job being done carefully and thoughtfully. But my main reason for returning is the staff. Every person I've dealt with here is polite, respectful, well spoken, and really does listen as you explain your requirements re tyres. I do a fair bit of driving including up the mountains on a regular basis. I need good tyres and I'm not interested in cheap but I get very good quality at reasonable prices here at Jax. You also get a thorough check of the parts of the car that could be responsible for wear and tear on the tyres and you get information regarding possible upcoming work that will need doing. Great service, great atmosphere and they really look after their clients!

Many vehicles have optional trim levels/packages that include different tyre sizes. This Additional Model Info is listed for you to choose from in search results as well.
