I used my 24 month Free wheel balance, tyre check, rotation and discounted wheel alignment- much needed given Sydney pot hots from rain storms. They welcomed my booking, were courteous, efficient and did the complete job for the set price, plus cleaned up my wheel rims and blackened my tyres to look like new. The process was seamless, from finding the tires I needed and booking the appointment online to the actual service. The staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and did a great job. First time taking my car to Jax tyres Artarmon. I love my car and am an avid car enthusiast, so my car is more precious than life itself :) , so was a bit apprehensive if they would do a good job. Heard GREAT things about Jax so decided to give them a try. Yusuf provided a level of service which I can only describe as "Next Level" !!! and all my fears quickly dissipated. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns with regards to not scratching my rims and the general balancing and alignment process. As my tyres are not standard tyres, i.e high performance low profile Pirellis , Yusuf ordered them in and had them in stock for me the next day !!!, amazing service. Josh , Cameron and apologies forgot his name (But the irish gentleman who removed and balanced some of my tyres) gave exceptional service and took ultra care of my rims. Here is my rating 1. Customer Service :- 5 stars 2. Friendly manner :- 5 stars 3. Knowledge and experience :- 5 stars 4. Fantastic helpful staff :- 5 stars 5. Attention to detail and care :- 5 stars 6. Overall experience & customer satisfaction :- 5 stars I will be back to change my next set of tyres at Jax Artarmon and will recommend them to all my work colleagues and friends. Just an update, one of my brand new tyres went flat , the day I changed it , very bad luck, took it back to Jax after the long weekend they kindly checked the tyre, took it off the rim and inspected the rim for damage or a puncture, no puncture was found , although the insde of the rim was scratched , not sure how this happened as I take very good care of my car, possibly some object got stuck there while driving and it rubbed against the rim , I monitored the pressure for a day but it still was losing pressure, so I assumed possibly it was a defective tyre,. Wrote an email explaining the situation and that afternoon Yusuf called me back saying they would replace the tyre. Such a speedy response and great outcome!! Tyre was replaced and the inside of my rim felt a bit rough so it was sanded by Colin just to ensure this would not cause any future issues, what a LEGEND !! He inspected the tyre and rim, rebalanced it with utmost care. All other tyres were checked and refilled with nitrogen. A week later all is good with my car. So just wanted to commend Yusuf/Scott/Cameron/Colin on EXCEPTIONAL customer service and making me a very happy customer !! A GREAT thank you to you all. I will make Jax Artarmon my goto tyre shop from now on as you cannot beat the friendliness and professionalism that I received , even after things went wrong. That is the true sign of a GOOD business !! Kudos to Jax Artarmon !!

However, we recently took my wife's car in for a service as per the schedule, but she hadn't done too many k's, so they told us the service wasn't really necessary. As a visitor to Sydney I was unsure of where best to go to have a tyre replaced. Several places looked promising but the first place I rang didn't have the right tyre in stock, nor did the person I spoke to sound the slightest bit enthusiastic about helping me out. I then rang Jax Tyres in Artarmon and, boy, what a difference! I spoke to a young lady by the name of Jane. Her service was excellent. Although they didn't have the tyre in stock either she said she could have it there by lunchtime the following day. It was Jane's great service and really helpful manner that won me over. I booked the car in there and then. When I arrived the next day she was again really helpful, as were the others in the office, Scott (the owner) and Yusuf. Jane also explained that coffee and hot chocolate were available, and that was most welcome on a cold, wet day. I don't know the name of the young bloke who actually did the work on the tyre and wheel but he also seemed really efficient and competent. As I left one of the fellows gave me a wave goodbye. That was appreciated too. The team at Jax Artarmon really seem to care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store if you're in need of tyres or related mechanical work. GREAT SERVICE, which is sometimes a rare thing these days.

To log in click the “myJAX” button at the top of the page which will direct you to the myJAX page. From there select ”LOGIN” button at the bottom of the page. If you have yet to create an account you will need to register first.

To store a vehicle in your account you must be logged in to access your my account page. Vehicles can then be added and edited using the vehicle management section in the left hand side menu bar.
