As we continue to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely and, following the advice of the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government, we have implemented the following precautionary measures:
- Welcoming booking and purchasing online: While our stores remain open for business, our online store technology at www.jaxtyres.com.au makes it easy for you to browse our full range of products by your vehicle’s make and model, access your local store’s booking appointment diary and use our online secure payment facility – all from the comfort of your own home.
- Facilitating remote vehicle drop-off and collection: We accept and respect social distancing, so we welcome all customers who wish to phone us from outside a store or after dropping off your vehicle to do so. We will then notify you via your preferred contact method once the work on your vehicle has been completed and your vehicle is ready for collection.
- Carrying out proactive sanitising and social distancing in-store: If waiting in-store is preferred, we will be practising social distancing and strict hygiene practices. This includes having our technicians use disposable seat covers when attending to your vehicle, regular sanitising of exposed areas in your vehicle, (such as steering wheels and gearsticks), and high-contact areas such as store counters.
- Offering best advice and a complimentary JAX Inspection with any purchase: Our dedicated team are always available to assist with tyre, wheel and mechanical advice, walk you through the safety checks in the JAX Inspection, and accommodate your tyre and mechanical needs and personal safety, to give you peace of mind.
