Continental Tyres has announced the expansion of the General Tyres range with two new recent additions to the Grabber family.
The new Grabber X3 and AT3 are now available in Australia.
Developed to meet the specific needs of SUVs and Utes requiring a good balance between on-road safety and performance with off-road capability, Grabber’s third-generation All-Terrain Tyre (AT3) combines unique TracGen and Comfort Balance Technologies to deliver exceptional traction and off-road capabilities while, Continental says, enjoying maximum comfort and maintaining confident on-road manners.
The new Grabber X3 provides durability from mild to extreme off-road driving, whilst once only available in a limited range, it now extends to more than 15 sizes.
Using DuraGen Technology’s three-ply construction, all sizes of the Grabber X3 and AT3 provide off-road durability and puncture resistance. Both feature ultra-high strength steel and advanced cut and chip-resistant tread compounds to provide confidence and stability in challenging off-road conditions.
Continental Tyres Australia, Marketing Manager, Russel Stewart, said the new range of General Tyre’s robust and durable tyres will be the ideal accessory for Australian’s keen to take full advantage of the great Australian backyard.

A total of 40 sizes will be included in rim diameters ranging from 15” up to 20” in the Grabber AT3.
While the Grabber X3 will come in 20 different sizes, with a rim diameter range of 15’’ to 18’’.
